W zależności od wyboru Geralta względemn Alvina w AkcieTrzecim, otrzymuje on list od Shani lub od Triss. Następnie za jakiś czas postanawia na niego odpisać, jednakże tak jak w innych przypadkach w grze - tu także ma kilka możliwości do wyboru. Odbywa się to za pomocą dyktowania Jaskrowi zarówno zwrotu do adresatki jak i rodzaju powiadamianych w tym liście treści, który przepisuje słowo w słowo co mu powiemy.

Następnie dostajemy nasz list, który musimy dać Królowi Rybakowi który posłuży za listonosza.
